Just show up on time wear an appropriate outfit and don't bring food or drink to the interview (some people do!!)
Be confident, be yourself. Have knowledge about customer service.
Just be yourself, normally they would never ask you anything difficult. The hiring manager just wants to know your work ethic and priorities

If you are going for my position, make sure you know your worth. Though it is a creative managerial role, with insight to the amazing industry that is Visual Merchandising. Consider where you want to go, and decide if they do offer you is worth it.
Just be straight-forward and tell em what you want.
Do your research on the history of h&m and their new goals because they take that serious and will ask you in your interview.
