They took a group interview of around 10 people at a time. first they ask some question about everyone related to self and some experience. In second they show the whole store and in store they have each different departments. last they give a task related to sales in store.
Questions were very resume and cover letter based. They asked questions like how would you inspire others, how would you make a personal connection with clients, why h&m?
It was a group interview. which made it less nerve racking.
Telephone interview then in person then you get an audition where they test you on customer service skills
