Depends how long you work there. You start with 3 weeks and it adds up every year you’re there.

Two weeks if full time but December and August are blackout periods.
You get vacation that are approved only if its not a long weekend or a black out period. They wont let eople who live far away go home for christmas. Deny changes in your availability and create new requirements for availability when they want so you are stuck.
