The department manager does a little of everything between the floor & back duties.
They cash out the tills at night, as well as lead the team staff to complete cleaning and running through-out the store. Customer service is high focused on because the rush slows down from 12-5 and the night staff. They count the earnings and make sure that the alarms are set, as well as do a walk through each department and make sure its effectively cleaned.
