Visit the branches and interview employees to find out what kind of improvements are needed.Take complaints seriously and take proper actions to make working environments a healthy and enjoyable experience.Get rid of people who are lacking in common decency and humanity.Contact fired/former employees and find out the reasons for their leaving and make improvements.Testing of new hires should apply to all not some.
Interview begins with Wonderlic test and interview with VP/GM. If you pass this process then you go to company psychiatrist for more testing and phone interview followed by an offer if successful.
