When there’s an internal issue, address it. Don’t tell people to just deal with it. Don’t ignore the fact that a majority of your employees are unhappy.
Treat your employees with more respect. Do not promote based on favortism. Be more transparent. Most of the people that you hire are intelligent and deserve to work on more thank just the removal of reviews etc. Get better at communicating and get an HR department.
