The process varies by role, but generally we do a brief phone discussion with you followed by in person interviews (normally two). We want to make sure we take the time to get to know you and what you bring to GroupHEALTH. We also want to make sure you have an opportunity to get to know us and decide if we're the right company for you!
The interview process depends on the role that you are applying for and it is designed for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. Hiring the right person is important to us and so we want to make sure you meet a few people throughout the process. Feedback from candidates we've hired has been extremely positive about their experience and our communication throughout the process.

We conduct reference checks for any candidates that we are considering offering employment to.
It depends on your role and department. Generally our offices are open Monday - Friday. Most of our employees work a Happy Friday schedule which means you get every second Friday off work (or 26 long weekends)!
No background check is required. Reference checks are completed for all hires.
Most of the roles we hire for are full-time positions, although we occasionally hire for part-time positions. Please keep an eye on our postings for a role that you think is a fit.
