Formation rapide mais efficace. Cependant le salaire est ridicule et le management est irrespectueux envers son personnel. La PDG est une dictatrice désagréable. Entre deux emplois, ça peut faire l'affaire si vous avez de l'expérience en service à la clientèle mais aucune possibilité d'avancement.

Typical call center job. Great as first job experience but nothing more. There are no benefits, possibility of advancement with adequate raise. There is not much job security. The management is very unorganized
