Stagnant and elitist atmosphere

My two years spent at BBH were my worst 2 as a professional in 15 years.
There is no room for advancement, there is no business planning, everything is done last minute and without foresight which leads to a very stressful environment.
The HR dept. is the Vice-president, who is also the wife of the president, CEO which does not allow for free flowing conversations about any gripes with management or work related issues.
The company does do good business with very large retailers across North America, but that success is not shared in any way, shape of form with the employees. There are no bonuses, no yearly raises, and no yearly reviews.

bad/no culture, always last minute, no room for growth, no open conversations with management, no HR dept. No bonuses or review process
