A typical day at work included customer service, and retention of our current clients. We also did a lot of cold calls, and marketing programs to ensure new business.
I learned a lot about sales and marketing, along with customer service. Multi-tasking and time management was a very important skill to have with this job.
The management was good - more... when everyone was at least on the same page, but there are a lot of changes almost every week, and standard operating procedures are always changing.
