A great place to work

In house education is phenomenal. Occ health works closely with employees. Friendly and helpful HR department. All staff seem to be content, despite staff shortages due to pandemic. Pay for parking remains an issue . I believe as well as other staff that parking should remain free to hospital staff.Nursing staff remain vulnerable to potentially dangerous situations in after hours times at sever...

Amazing mix of staff

GBHS has so many wonderful people working for them I can’t begin to describe it here! Many are quite friendly, and everyone works as a team. Every department and floor has its own dynamics however so you may need to explore different areas to find your niche. But overall it is a great place to work. I’m not ashamed to tell people where I work!
