The culture at Gregg is very structured. Every rules they made is to benefit the employer and the employees. They are very strict but in good way. For former employees who constantly complaining about it, i giess this company is not the right fit for you.
Stat holidays paid , weekends off , set hrs , can work longer to gain favour from superiors in management only to lose it with one mistake or a competitive co worker used you as a ladder to get ahead .
What advice would you give the CEO of Gregg Distributors about how to improve the company?
Let people talk. Don’t put people down. People have brains and ideas. You have no right to strip them of that!
