The interview process begins with a one to one interview with a Human Resources Team member and the candidate for all fulltime, key roles. The candidate may be interviewed at had office in Niagara ion the Lake or at one of our 9 resorts across Ontario. The candidate will be asked some generic questions about themselves regarding their skills, qualifications, experience and why they applied at Great Blue Resorts. There is an outline of the role and an introduction to the responsibilities of that role, an indication of possible start date the next steps for the hiring process, which may include a 2nd or third interview with the Director or Manager of the department.
For our seasonal part-time roles, the interview will take place at our resort with the General Manager of the resort. Depending on the role, there may or may not be a 2nd interview and a start date would be determined immediately for the "best fit" candidate.
