Service Delivery (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB25 July 2018
No room to grow, some might say there is, well only if you have other personal relations or clean your boss's shoe.

You are a resource to create revenue for the company and of course their main goal is MONEY.

Some very racist managers.

Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB6 June 2018
My day would start by making coffee for everyone and making sure the kitchen was stocked and cleaned. I enjoyed doing this and it made the lives of staff easier. I was there for their support, so anyway I could make it easier, sign me up. Management was great, always had a listening ear. Culture was amazing. Most everyone had a great attitude coming into the office. The hardest part of my job was that there was not enough work to keep my busy through out the day.
Pros
Great Company Culture
Cons
Not lots of room for advancement

it admin (Former Employee) –  calgary8 September 2015
Waste of time. they just wanted me to generate revenue on quick fixes using my expertise on menial tasks.

main office is open environment, no privacy, have to use your own personal computer, its just a money train for management, not much for the employees, you are just a resource.

Some Great People
Infrastructure Architect (Former Employee) –  calgary, ab19 January 2015
There were some really great people there. If you're looking for a mid-level technical job it's great!

There's really no room for advancement as the management structure is set and has been that way for years.

Also once you have mastered all of the basic technologies it is likely time to move on. The more complex and enterprise opportunities are not there.

However, if you wish to work in small to medium sized companies and enjoy juggling many clients this is probably a good environment.

SBTS Technician (Former Employee) –  Calgary, AB25 October 2013
A typical day: Too much coffee, onsite client visits or remote troubleshooting.
What I learned: An easy job is not rewarding.
Management: Good management - too many chiefs.
Co-workers: Great co-workers.
Hardest part of the job: Trying to stay awake.
Most enjoyable: Time spent with my family.
