The company prides themselves on having a great work life balance and strong company culture but I never felt included. They do not value their employees.

Alot of turnover like any large firm. But also, being the lowest paying doesn't help. The company also prefers to hire from outside as opposed to promote from within

It’s a great place to begin your career. Very supportive and caring co workers. The work can be demanding at times, specially around tax season. But it is not too crazy.

They will work you to death and expect you to bleed for them. But you will learn a lot. If you can make it through the busy season, you will be rewarded with more work.
