Answered 15 January 2020Management is terrbile, everything is continously failing and no one cares. They can't keep us fully staffed resulting in being over worked. No chance of advancement and rarely higher "full time" but still are expected to work 80 hrs per spay period

Asked 10 October 2018Schedule is variable if causal. There are a set number of steady staff and those are able to pick their shifts from a schedule so even picking may mean working overnight whereas the casual fill in where necessary and maybe getting more favourable shifts.
