Cashier Supervisor in Burnaby, BC
Interesting place to work.
Grand Villa is the better casino in the lower mainland. Always something new going on so challenging. There is not a lot of room for advancement as people stay for a long time. You make some pretty good friends. The company gives back to the community.

Cafe Associate in Edmonton, AB
Same as Every where
Managers think they never have to lend a hand with anything. If they see you are capable they will use that to their own advantage to lower their own work load.
Granted I did work for the company for over 2 years, so I saw over 10+ managers leave. (That was merely in my department, not the casino as a whole) Not everyone was terrible, but when 90% has been an absolute joke, it really impedes buisness and general moral of other employees.

Customer Service Representative in Burnaby, BC
Work as groups and have a experience
For me doesn’t matter the hour work there but the management for the experience and learn was very poor and every one have different way to teach you how the system works and I wasn’t happy they made me big confuse and give me very bad experience. Otherwise I’m fast leaner and very come person and I do customer service for all my life and I’m very excellent sales person.
