Good Company
I was on the inside sales team which when I was there was run more like a call center than a sales team. That said, it made a huge change towards the end of my tenure and since then I'm told the company has changed its approach entirely. The reason I left was based on how the department was being run and I would definitely go back if the opportunity presented itself.
