First let me thank you for your feedback and apologize for negative experience. It's always dispatches goal to have our drivers' do their reset at home. Sometimes circumstances make it difficult for our drivers' to do their reset at home, return load cancels, truck breaks down, etc. Late 2018 a person who's responsibility is drivers' satisfaction was hired to look after all the drivers needs. This was done to help deal with these problems before drivers wanted to leave. Issues are now getting resolved on a timely basis and drivers are very content working here at Grace Transport.
