I worked casually and NEVER knew what was going on. Would hear nothing for weeks then be asked to come in RIGHT NOW. It wasn't worth the stress. The work was rewarding though.

Productive, and great environment
Worked 7-4, with overtime being extra if the work demanded it. Office environment was standard, but team members were very helpful when I asked questions.

Management play by the book when its convenient for them.
The most enjoyable of the job is dealing with the clients (most of them). The rest of the office is full of backstabbers, two faces and liers. I am thankful I no longer work there.
