What is the interview process like at Government of Nunavut?

Generally over the telephone for Nurses and people relocating or taking travel contracts directly with the Government; in-person and local for support staff roles who live in the Communities they are applying in; Interviews are not hard, but the decision to hire follows a Priority Hiring Policy (Nunavut Inuit First, followed by existing Nunavut Residents actively in Nunavut, Followed by everyone else).
