This place is not for talented people who want to grow and achieve based only on hard work and efficiency.

Will take years to get a good salary and position. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Handling office politics and nepotism and crony...

Used to be a good place to work, but that has deteriorated over the years
Some departments are good with good managers who treat you with respect and dignity. Others hire you because they "have to" then place you under surveillance 24/7 looking for excuses to discipline you. It all depends on if you're part of "the Club" or not.

Excellent management
Enjoyed the work experience and management was supportive and helpful. High case loads cause stressful work environment and can cause issues with work life balance
