Plow truck driving for the NB government is a detriment to your health and safety due to arduous and at times endless duties, whether they be actual plowing & sanding, or all the laborious manual labor activities required in this job. Money is the most negative issue.

Low staff numbers lead to staff being left alone with offenders in the living units. Should have higher staff numbers and more food for offenders. Certain management teams only concern is cutting costs, therefore staff lose out and stress is high as they feel they are put in unsafe positions due to budget constraints.
