Productive and supportive working environment
The work environment is very supporting and positive. Have the best coworkers who are willing to help all the time. Management is good at listening and there to help.

Low staff numbers lead to staff being left alone with offenders in the living units. Should have higher staff numbers and more food for offenders. Certain management teams only concern is cutting costs, therefore staff lose out and stress is high as they feel they are put in unsafe positions due to budget constraints.
