Government jobs have some benefits
I’ve been with the government for20 years. It’s a great place to work and you can bounce around to so many different positions. Pay is pretty good, big on encouraging growth as an employee and good respectful workplace policies.

Safe workplace
Good people, good management. Things can take a while to get done just due to the sheer size and number of employees. This is a safe workplace for those dealing with mental health issues and support is available for everyone regardless of your background.

Job was super easy, fired over covid mandates
One if the easiest jobs you'll ever find. Felt over paid doing this job. Almost felt guilty on pay day collecting the wages I did to just shut there pressing buttons.

Best work-life balance organization
I highly enjoy working here as managers and other members respect your personal duties apart from the workplace. The hardware and office is not of nowadays but still fine.

Outdated processes
Many areas of improvement, poorly trained and inefficient staff. Anyone is a boss without the necessary skills. Good work-life balance, but no professional improvement
