Good benefits, lack of clear direction.

Great, benefits, work life balance, salaries leave something to be desired, had wages frozen for most of my employment. Good team for the most part. But you there is often a lack of communication and understanding. Left often doesn't know what the right it doing. Countless hours spent working on tasks or projects, that ultimately go no where, or are duplicates of work done elsewhere. Limited to no coordination of efforts. Which results in frustration and lack of engagement in teams.

I really enjoyed working with my team in the old STP ministry. I had a great boss who was fun to work with and very understanding. All my colleagues were wonderful and were passionate about doing great work.
