Worked here for many years. It's alright. Work/life balance is alright. I could make more money in the private sector, but the pension keeps you with them.

Not the greatest for career development. Better if you are mid career to senior as work life balance is good. If you are young and ambitious, go into the private sector instead as you will learn more, learn the right way and possibly get paid more.

Overall a good workplace. It is protected by the AUPE union and there are lots of opportunities for advancement and growth. Management is very supportive and collaborative.
