That is the typical crock of BS that's been preached by management for over 20 years. ALL BS!!!! There is No respect from management for workers! There is NO integrity! There is ZERO Accountability and no Intention by management to Ever start!!! The people that strive for excellence are run off and abolished First opportunity because the are an embarrassment to underachieving managers
Bunch of LIARS and 2 faced scumbags in management and HR. GoA is WAY over Managed! Union is totally in bed with HR and stands behind HR's decisions, NO support when you need Them! If you enjoy being lied to and supporting a bunch of money sucking union leeches go work for GoA!!!!
