A typical day is best described as challenging, depending on the job it can be intense. Employees are often pushed to their limits. It is a top down organization. If you can handle firm direction & high performance expectations you will do well.
Garbage. Start the day with a meeting, then people go for coffee for another 30 minutes, they come back and talk while drinking their coffee. After that they meet again several times throughout the day to discuss work that needs to be done, but does not get done. If the day is productive, then a request will be sent for the work to be approved by someone higher up, such as management, etc. The afternoon is mostly waiting for the day to end with small talk between co-workers. It is socialism at it's best.
It’s like any other work place.
Relaxed and quiet but can get boring and repetitive, depends on the job you're doing.
