Answered 5 February 2020This is quite "normal" for GoA. Even internal applicants will attend interviews and never hear back. Sometimes we have to email HR several times to get an answer or to receive feedback from an interview and sometimes it just never happens. Edmonton HR is the worst in the province. Shows a great lack of respect when they don't respond.
Answered 1 August 2019Yes the Government of Alberta will use remote interview systems. The office is set up with boardrooms that have Skype installed. They are more than willing to do interviews over Skype.
