The process is painfull. Phone interview. Then 1st meeting with 2 managers and not nessisarily the manger you will work with. Then a final interview the the managers and Hr either in person, or by phone which is very awkward for all parties. Then Hr needs to have it approved by the director. Why so many procedures you ask because the place is a revolving door of staff and HR thinks they can make the right decision to keep staff.

The only way you will be respected or heard at goodness me is if you're a manager....(sort of) There was a huge over turn when new management took over and I was one of them that also left, it took some time but I left after giving this company many chances....I worked here for many years and I can promise you that the eatery is the biggest joke, it is not organic or fresh, all of the steamed veggies are frozen food shipped from china. Sure, some meals are made fresh but it will sit out all day with no maintenance but luckily the days I was working, that is only time the hot line was fresh and maintained. Management will take a customers side over employees no matter what, hard work does not get recognized but rather gets taken advantage of with no raise and no room for advancement, management will act nice with phoney smiles but will lie right to your face. not joking it happened to me. This company turned out to be the biggest fraud and joke of all time, Im glad I was part of it to truly experience something like this actually exits out there. I will never lay a step in this store again, they were lucky to have me in the first place.
