During the interview, it seems as if they are wanting you to do a workout. What type of workout are they looking for? Are they looking for full on cardio and weights ? Or just something quick? I don’t know how to use all the machines but with learning I will know how to in future. Just curious what they are looking for in that portion of the interview
They just want you to do squats and a plank.
Poorly. There is a long bureaucratic long to get feedback acted upon and in most cases there is not enough cross-management to facilitate changes that effect multiple departments
What advice would you give the CEO of GoodLife Fitness Clubs about how to improve the company?
Focus on work/life balance is wonderful to see now for management. Could it be applied to Personal Trainers so they don’t get burned out by working solid shifts?
I applied online and got an email from the recruiters saying they forwarded my resume to the hiring manager. How long does it usually take for the hiring manager to contact me?
When I was hired at Goodlife Fitness Clubs I went in with my resume/ application and had my first interview on the spot. It was all very quick for me as I didn't do it online or email.
