It was fun until the sales quotas became too high.
It was fun until the sales quotas became too high to reach. The job became stressful because you were so desperate to hit your sales goals and make commission. Potential clients could see that you were trying hard for the sale which backfired with the initial goal of selling memberships. It became more about selling then helping people.

Good to start off as a PT, pretty laidback as well
it’s a chill job, the pay isn’t great unless you been at the same club for a while to build your clientele. The hours can be discouraging but a good starter

Productive and fun
Nice working environment, pretty relaxed for the most time, a lot of nice customers and staffs are very friendly. Good management team and they pay on time

Good if you're competitive, Look somewhere else if you're non-confrontational
This job is great if you love sales, enjoy being competitive and truly believe in all of the companies core values. Look somewhere else if you want flexible hours, are non-confrontational and don't want to be reduced to your stats.

Sucked the life out of me
Pretty much bs. Managers expect you to learn from videos. Set up to fail on most days. If you are not popular than expect performance reviews. Unfair toxic environment 😪
