What advice would you give the CEO of Goodfood about how to improve the company?
They don’t count your hard work they approach only buttering peoples and rest are suffering I work here for last one year but there is no increment in my salary and they give position to buttering people’s which are not working properly but they are only buttering and they got salary increment and good position
Goodfood is toxic. Even lead hands say it's toxic ,people acting as managers, have no idea ,no skills or experience,
The less time you spend here the better ,goodfood does not like to pay there employees or take 45 days to pay you on first check , they hire everyone on a volunteer basis
People in management should not be managers , clear spoken english would be good,lead hands do nothing all day,
Everyday is stressful as managers are not doing their part of work, supervisors are occupied elsewhere and employees are pressurised to work beyond their capacities.
