You have no training. Nothing. You have to figure out the different zones of the warehouse on your own. Your expected to check the labels, but their order labels are so convoluted that you're not sure which products you're supposed to add to the orders. Aside from people double picking because they have no clue which box is which, they just throw random product back onto random racks, which creates even more chaos and confusion.
On top of QA not checking the entire contents of their boxes, they'll blame anyone they can if an order is wrong, despite it being picked at the beginning of the line. Management is nowhere to be found. Shift leads are nowhere to be found. Stressful and chaotic.
Everything, no training provided to employees. Empoyees get fired for small mistakes
Everyday is stressful as managers are not doing their part of work, supervisors are occupied elsewhere and employees are pressurised to work beyond their capacities.
The place has serious cold temperatures.
