  • Extremely poor communication. No organization, no clear lines of communication, no structure to employee roles, and zero support. Every communicates via WhatsApp, and they expect you to use your own data and cell phone to respond to this nonsense.

    Aside from schedule changes, you will be slammed with orders, thrown in with nothing but expectations that you're supposed to know everything. I'm concerned about people who've never worked in a warehouse, that this would be their expectations. Warehouses should never be run the way this one is run.

  • People in management should not be managers , clear spoken english would be good,lead hands do nothing all day,

  • Work isn't distributed evenly between everyone, the gender bias is real. Guess who is sweeping, picking up trash washing machines and actually cleaning instead of picking up boxes and using the compactor? Hard workers won't stay hard workers if you continue to show praise and promote those that hardly did anything.

  • Cold, long Hours of standing, and bad management.
