Fast pace Collaborative environment. Poor systems and processes
Food industry= fast paceWorkin 3 shift 7 days week= focus on collaborative environment.Developing company= processes and systems not mature and developed yet.Lots of waste at all level due to innefective systems poor training and lack of competance. Human retention is an issue.Working environment is spartiate and no frill. Middle management very dedicated,Senior management stategic direction and ability to execute well is questionable.

Disorganized leaders, chaos and mismanagement galore
Goodfood was a pandemic baby business. When I joined the company, business was booming through the lockdowns. A lot of money was dumped into ventures and efforts that were never clearly thought out. Leadership at Goodfood is there for one purpose: to disrupt the market. They were never trying to build a great food company, with a great culture. I would not recommend the culture at Goodfood to anyone, all the best talent turn over and leave either voluntarily or are laid off because the company cannot afford to keep or retain talent.

It’s a good place to work at to start your career as a part time worker if you are a student or even if you are a full time worker.
Working at goodfood is a hard job for a newcomer. But eventually it seems fine as time goes as it will give you many chances to improvise. Also, if no time is wasted then the supervisors support you too even if the portioning (work output) is not very good for the day.

Not a sane environment
You get disappointed at management decisions that are geared towards just their assumptions. You become the problem when you give the right advice about operations.

Worst most horrific company ever
Do not work here!!! They will drive you to madness with stress to the point where poeple dont assist customers because they afraid to not hit targets/ firing people all the time/ everyone hates this company and wants to leaveIf you value your mental health and have pride and do not want to be treated as worthless perosn , do not work here
