Poor Employer

No understanding of the duties you are required to do. They back down when friends get involved friends are more important then employees...They do not understand how trying to care for over 800 students safety requires strict standards and it wont change till a student gets hurt...

the hours allow me to spend and care for my grandchildren pay is not so good but for hours actually worked is fine good interaction with children

Productive and fun place to work with an industry leading management team . I teach 100% contact time and enjoy my work immensely. I teach grades 10-12 High School and I'm required to perform student evaluations on a regular basis and meet with and or contact parents and management to discuss issues as they may arise. I've learned many ways to develop and implement ideas that are goal oriented and produce favorable results. We have a very high morale work environment and it's a pleasure to go to work. Weather conditions sometimes causes havoc with ice and snow and productivity, the most enjoyable aspects of my job are training younger minds to develop and being able to recognize and measure growth.
