Very relaxed but can be high pace during the busy season. Must be very patient and customer friendly. Overall a great experience and I would recommend working there,

Very simple job, expected to show up on time and take instructions well. Employer was very understanding with booking days off, and the pay was pretty good for the job.

"Tee-Res" aka Tee-Time Reservations is a full-on call centre position. 4 tiny desks shoved into the corner of the lunch room at GolfNorth's head office at Conestoga Golf Club.

They advertise the position as Tee Reservations and Administration, but you won't be doing any administrative work with the amount of phone calls you'll be taking.

They only pay minimum wage, but offer free rounds of golf at the course. That's fine, if it doesn't rain on your days off.

You have to be open to working up to 12 hour 7-to-7 shifts, and weekends, so throw work/life balance out the window.
