Golden Life is a leading provider of seniors living communities. Our goal is to support seniors of all ages and abilities in their efforts to live their best life possible. To do so, we provide innovative buildings, impeccable hospitality services, and compassionate personal care.
The history of Golden Life starts with the personal story of our – more...founder, Endre Lillejord, who began exploring housing options for his mother in the 1990s. At that time, institutionalized settings for seniors were the norm. Choices, services, and environments that supported independence and dignity were not commonly available. So, Endre set his construction company Golden Life Construction the task of building the type of home he wanted for his mother and created Golden Life Management to operate it. His newly created seniors’ housing development, Cranbrook’s Joseph Creek Village, welcomed its first residents, including Mrs. Lillejord, in 1998.
Today, Golden Life continues to build and operate seniors housing and care communities that are bright, inviting places where seniors of all ages and abilities can enjoy their golden years surrounded by friends and family, assisted by compassionate caregivers, and supported by the amenities and services that enable residents to live as independently as possible, and maintain their dignity.
Our housing portfolio encompasses the full range of housing and service options, including life leases, independent living, assisted living, and residential care programs. Our extensive experience in design, construction and operation of seniors housing and care communities allow our residents to maximize their physical, social and emotional independence. – less

With a lot of issues that hasn't been solved properly, i lost all faith to our managers and bosses. I can only say that the reason why i still come to work is because of my coworkers and the residents themselves.
