Worked for some time. started off ok but once you start getting large amount of packages 200+ they expect you to help direct hire employees with less than 150 packages. If you are hired with an agency, expect to be used a lot. Most problematic factor is they don't provide safe tires on the vans and when you get stuck on a route expect to pay out of pocket $800+ for a tow. This has happened with a few workers during winter months.

Management is incompetent

-Management is incompetent- you are expected to work for free after you are done your route, punished for standing up for yourself and saying no.-egomanics no people skills, just because they work in the Amazon hub they think they can treat their drivers rudely, then they wonder why they can't keep drivers

It's a good place

Manager and all the workers are friendly and helps to perform tasks appropriately. Pay was also reasonable. i would suggest anyone who is looking for general labour to work there.
