Need more organization for Room Attendants

To work as a room attendant can be quite frustrating even if you have experience.
There is only 1 linen closet, is not organized in any way, the porters are the one in charge of the linen closet but nobody organizes anything. The excuse is that is a very small closet.
The linens are all white, is very hard to distinct them from sizes, mostly because they are not properly set in the linen closet, a lot are not the right size or have some stain mostly from the laundry room. Porters just take the linen and leave in the laundry bags inside the closet. So one has to go start opening bag to bag, move them heavy bags until you find whatever you are looking for.
The porters do not help much. Because there is only 1 linen closet for 2 floors, when extra linen is needed the porters are in charge to help bring whatever is needed for the RA. However most of the time they will say they already pass the 3rd floor so now they brought the linen up to the closet. Or they will say the things are in the closet. Either case is usually the RA whom has to go up to get the things.
The rooms are quite easy to clean, and the hotel has a good vibe to it. However something so simple, like having an organized linen closet, maybe have the porters organize the carts for the RA for when they arrive in the morning, and properly answer to the request the RA has.
Its a nice workplace, working hours are good, rooms are very easy to clean. but to be RA can be very draining, and frustrating, but not even from the job, but mostly just the way things are organized.
