They try to pose as a startup, innovative and young company but turns out that it is only a call center in which your primary (and only work) it's taking calls all day long and answering questions about gift card balances, how and where you use it and troubleshoot errors on card machines.
No training nor documentation on anything and management team (if there are any) don't care with you or on what you are doing, as long as you are answering your calls and logging everything in the 15 years old internal platform. Zero opportunities to learn and to grow whatsoever. I had friends there suffering for anxiety, panic attacks, new employees very often did not show up on the second day of work! There's no coffee or any other perk in the office, they offer water (hot and cold) and fruits like banana, banana and bananas. Oh, sometimes oranges and apples too!
