Too much micro management, they have no idea what they are doing, besides to treat employees very bad, and they are rude.
Training is very very poor and expectations are very very high.
Salary is below average.
Long hours of work. No overtime. Poor insurance.
With time you get more work to do but salary doesn’t change much.
Fresh fruits everyday.
