lack of work life balance, unqualified management
Accounts Manager (Current Employee) –  toronto9 March 2014
I thought the money offered for the position was worth it, but after seeing a fellow employee have 3 crying break downs in 4 months I realized it wasnt worth it.
Everyone on my team was miserable and is looking for other jobs, and even willing to take a pay cut for a more positive work experience.
Upper management is very disconnected from our department.
