Pay is ok but not enough
I have worked around 2 years at this place but i am not satisfied with the payrate they are giving to machine operators. There are lot more companies giving better pay to machine operators.

Very Good work culture and environment. Nice, friendly, and patient people.
It was a great experience to enjoy working while learning from team members. Also, feeling confident to reach out to any team member and asking any work related question makes you more relaxed. Moreover, the people's great sense of humor was very nice and relaxing to me. I enjoyed being involved in their IT team.

Good place to start out
This is a great place if you are just starting out. There's a lot to learn and many growth opportunities. But all of that comes at the expense of work-life balance. You are expected to work all hours of the day.
