Very fast paced environment and rapidly growing. There are many things to be learned which is great but instead of increasing the head count the work will be stacked until you do not care about your deadlines anymore.
The owners need to realize that they are no longer a small company. The biggest issue that they are somehow blind about is that they do not have structured human resourcing. HR needs a boost as there is zero flexibility, no care for employee culture, and no job analysis whatsoever which leads to workload imbalances. Many of the managers do not have adequate experience to be in their position, but have stepped up there as they have gained trust. This needs to change; you cannot just give someone a higher role because you like them, PLEASE have their skills fully analyzed and make sure they are qualified to be in the position by a human resources personnel (this means you need more people in HR and stop outsourcing the work). If you need the money, accounting needs to step up their game and work together with other departments as there are many holes where they are losing their money. Sales also needs to stop wasting internal resources on less important projects.
