Apply online, you'll get a call, interview at least once and usually twice. Negotiate an employment contract. Orientation on first day/week depending on position. They do not appear to discriminate in any (obvious) way and generally encourage a very diverse environment.

To easy! They are in a hurry to get you in the door and working as the turnover rate is so high. Promise you raises, steady workload, safe work environment, regular time off and holidays. All of which turn out to be a farce and you become another turnover statistic for gfl.
