Work somewhere else

The worst call center ever. They pick employees based on race and religion. Management non-existent. Will work you to death and cut hours without explanation.

Beware of harassment and unbalanced work

I began with high hopes and left with PTSD and anxiety. Training was AMAZING, as soon as we hit the 6th floor we regretted even staying. I received unfair treatment regarding WFH, overtime was paid in 5$/ an hour gift cards, team leads bully and laugh at agents while reviewing their calls.

mauvais experience

quand on arrive on est heureux d'y travaillé mais après 1 mois les exigences commencent au point de faire comprendre que tu seras débarqué. on ne reçoit jamais les bonis a temps et de fois non. c’est un endroit ou on donne l’opportunité selon la religion et la race. les employés ne sont pas trop considérer, ils sont les vaches a lait.

Do not work for this company!!!!

Do not apply for this company if you have any self esteem, this work environment will destroy it. The management is TRASH!!!!!!!! I just recently quit and it was the best decision I ever made. You don't get anywhere in this company unless you are a TL's favorite. The pay does not equal to the amount of work they put on you. You have ZERO TIME for anything, even lunch or breaks. There are so many days were I did not get a lunch break because management would tell me to delay it. The management does not care about your opinion even though you are the one dealing with the angry customers, they will tell you to just do the work you are meant too, yet have you do work you are not trained for, then get angry when something is wrong. I do not, would not, EVER, recommend this company to anyone.

Too much work, little pay

Back to back calls, no time to breathe, clueless team leaders, long days, you get good shifts if you are friends with the TLs. The customers are very rude and can drive you to depression and no health insurance.

Okay workplace with nice work colleagues.

They expect you to work on different campaigns for different companies. So you must be able to adapt quickly to the many different processes. The environment is fast paced with low salaries.

Standard csr job, not enough pay, back to back calls on certain days, when you ask a question instead of answering the team leaders will ask you another question.

Management are not well coordinated

Hard to balance life with hours, they ask for your request but does not even follow it almost like your life revolves around gexel. Hard to keep up tbh.

Good place to start

It’s difficult to work because they don’t care about employees need.It’s difficult to manage with family.They don’t even respond to your request . Lack of management.
