Okay place to work
Okay place to work but management has to try give the workers a hearing ear to the changes that will benefit the company. CCR's do not only take calls but they get to know first of customer needs and complaints.

Beaucoup d'injustice et de favoritisme! Aucune équité au sein de cette entreprise!!!
Je travaillais de 8h à 16h mais ce qui comptais était de faire mon 8hre de travail par jour. J'écoutais les appels des agents, rédigais des rapports hedbo et mensuels, préparer des calibrations, participer à des réunions avec les clients de Gexel, etc. J'ai appris beaucoup de chose entre autres, maitriser le stress de parler en public, Excel, etc. Il y a 91 nationalités chez Gexel donc on se sent ...

The company and the job was good but i landed on a bad manager.I was hired as Customer service rep outsourced for Service Canada during covid needs, it was well paid but the structure at gexel needed some work
