Terrible management
Data Processor (Former Employee) - Aurora, ON - 15 March 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedLots of micromanaging. Training was at the least okay. Unprofessional communication and no long term future here. Absolutely no work culture and very old school way of management. Don’t see how everyone’s not quit already.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Bad management, no drinkable water, no work culture, bare minimum pay, uncomfortable work environment, no advancement opportunities, cheap company

More negative than positive
Administrative (Former Employee) - Aurora, ON - 15 April 2021
Salary and benefits are decent. Few co-workers that actually care and offer support. Overall not a positive working environment with clear expectations of tasks required. No sense of apprection for staff.
Pros
Decent salary and benefits
Cons
Unfortunately too many to list...

Badly managed company with dangerous working conditions
Field Operator (Former Employee) - Aurora, ON - 15 September 2019
- Dangerous working conditions, related to helicopters and long drives. You can never be 100% sure that an engineer didn't drop a screw to the helicopter engine (this happened twice in a short period of time), and that you will not have to land in the middle of nowhere or worse just crash.
- Pay is below the industry standards and no overtime pay. And even after that they will try their best not pay you what they are supposed to be paying according to the Canadian Employment Laws.
- The work-life balance is the worst I've ever seen. 16 or 18 hour working days are not unusual. You can spend 8 weeks in the field and after getting home and being there for just 3 days office can call you asking to return back to work.
- Old equipment and no enough people to do proper maintenance. Almost every system has some problems and you will have to fix these problems in the field without proper manuals and with almost no support.
- Micromanagement everywhere
- Poorly planned projects and bad logistics. This will mean that you will have to drive with fuel and to fuel the helicopter and work very long hours every day
- Zero corporate culture
- No any safety training or any training at all
- Only in this company you can be offered "a promotion" with the decrease in your salary
If you want to stay alive and well stay away from this company
Pros
Traveling to some interesting places like Canadian Arctic, Free time on weather days when you can study or look for another job

Stay away
Worker Bee (Former Employee) - Aurora, ON - 5 August 2018
What was once a great company is now being run into the ground by senior "management" and the owner. Employee's have always been treated poorly but its @ a all time low. No end in site as the people running this organization have no idea what they are doing or how to manage people. you are just a number to them and once you have outlived your usefulness you will be tossed to the curb without a second thought.
